Home Description
Much needed updates for this late 70’s Rambler. We took advantage of the lot situated on the lake by opening up the entire exterior wall and adding a series of windows. This brought the outside in! We then continued on with the remodel by removing a series of walls hindering the flow. This allowed us to create a “great room kitchen” perfect for entertaining family and friends. From our very own millwork shop, Roberts’ Residential designed, built and installed all of the custom cabinetry. This combined with a variegated natural maple floor & complementary millworks created a look you would expect to find in a suburban lake home.

Home Description
This 1939 two-story home in the Longfellow district of Minneapolis required some much-needed additional space. We designed and built a second-story addition where we were able to create a custom kitchen, master suite with bathroom, and mud room and update two existing bathrooms. Our goal here was to maintain the original architectural influence with some up-to-date amenities and current finishes. We completed the project with a brand new exterior including windows and comfortable 3-season porch. All fine millworks and cabinetry designed, built and finished by our own staff in our own facility.
