Project Manager
We are hiring a Project Manager who understands the trades and knows how to run a jobsite. If you have worked as a carpenter, lead, or superintendent and want to step into a management role – or you’re already a PM who loves being close to the work – this role is for you. Excellent wages based on experience!
Role Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day jobsite operations
- Coordinate subs, materials, and inspections
- Maintain jobsite safety and quality
- Communicate with homeowners and keep them informed
- Track budgets, change orders, and project timelines
- Step in with hands-on support when needed to keep projects moving
Qualifications
- Strong carpentry or remodeling background
- Residential project management experience
- Ability to read plans and understand building codes
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Reliable, organized, and solution-oriented
Carpenters
We are constantly growing, and looking to add full-time skilled remodeling carpenters and recent graduates with minimal experience to our crews. Positions include foreman carpenters, lead carpenters, framing carpenters, and trim/finish carpenters.

Qualifications
Lead Positions
- 3 + years’ previous remodeling/construction experience
- Framing and finish skills
- Additional skills such as tiling, drywall, flooring, siding, etc. a bonus but not required
- Own truck/van and have a valid driver’s license
- Own some hand and power tools – examples includes framing and/or finish nailers, compressors, hoses, etc.
Entry Positions
- 1 year experience, or recent graduate from construction program.
- Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Own some basic hand tools
Cabinet Shop Employees
Attention New or Experienced Cabinet Makers! We are looking for individuals that have one year of experience or a trade school certificate for entry level positions. Experienced candidates looking for higher level positions should have 3+ years of cabinet/millwork experience. Position offers competitive wages and benefits package based on experience. These positions are for individuals looking for full time employment only.
