Home Description
Much needed updates for this late 70’s Rambler. We took advantage of the lot situated on the lake by opening up the entire exterior wall and adding a series of windows. This brought the outside in! We then continued on with the remodel by removing a series of walls hindering the flow. This allowed us to create a “great room kitchen” perfect for entertaining family and friends. From our very own millwork shop, Roberts’ Residential designed, built and installed all of the custom cabinetry. This combined with a variegated natural maple floor & complementary millworks created a look you would expect to find in a suburban lake home.

Home Description
Much needed space in this classic 1980s split-level home started with removing the wall between the dining and kitchen area and adding an addition to the front of the home. This allowed us to create a large open foyer for staging guests. This also allowed us to create a much needed laundry/mud room combination. A must-see kitchen that accommodates multiple cooks with zones for prep, cooking and clean-up. The new kitchen features a peninsula, custom island and pantry with plenty of storage, all designed and built in our own custom millwork shop.
