Twin Cities Remodelers Showcase Fall 2024 Homes
The Fall 2024 Twin Cities Remodelers Showcase is right around the corner! We’re proud to have two entries in the showcase. The Edina home features a gourmet kitchen remodel with custom cabinets, hand-crafted tile and open shelving. The Minneapolis home boasts an entirely new second floor with a luxury primary suite and family room. The tour runs one weekend only, so mark our calendars and stop by our two homes Friday September 27 – Sunday 29, 2024 from 12-6pm. We look forward to showing you around these fantastic remodeling projects.
Home R18 – Edina
This remodel is a must-see for the overall design and finish selections! The kitchen remodel included widening & building an arch at a narrow doorway opening between the kitchen & dining room. We installed custom rift-sawn, white oak cabinetry, designed & built in our very own millwork shop! A blend of quartz, hand-crafted ceramic tile, full-height backsplash, quartz countertops, & drywall finished hood treatment. It also includes wood panels on the refrigerator, custom-made open shelving, & refinishing the hardware floor to match the flooring throughout the rest of the main floor. You won’t be able to tell where we blended the floor finish!
Home R14 – Minneapolis
This second story was built to add a primary suite, guest BR and BA, and family room. The roof was removed, and floor trusses were used to build on top of the ceiling rafters. The staircase is stacked on top of the existing basement stairs. The roof was built with roof trusses that include a vaulted ceiling in the family room. The exterior has manufactured shake siding and wide trim boards. The interior custom trim matches the existing wide oak trim, there are two gas fireplaces, paneled interior doors, and pre-finished Acacia hardwood. The bathrooms include custom shower surrounds and tilework. This is a must-see updated room layout.
