The Twin Cities Remodelers Showcase Fall 2025 is right around the corner! We’re proud to have two entries in the showcase. The Eagan home’s kitchen remodel features a new open floor plan, expanding the room to greet the rest of the home and a new, well-appointed butler’s pantry. The Lakeville home boasts an entirely new gourmet kitchen with a stunning kitchen island. The tour runs one weekend only, so mark your calendars and stop by our two homes Friday, September 26 – Sunday, September 28 from 12-6pm. We look forward to showing you around these fantastic remodeling projects.
Home R18 – Eagan
Feast your eyes on this stunning kitchen transformation! We removed a load-bearing wall and expanded the kitchen into the living room. We created open space for an expansive island, stylish coffee bar and room for a cozy café table by a large window. The kitchen includes marble-like quartz countertops, hand crafted subway tile backsplash, rift-sawn red oak cabinetry, designed and built in our own millwork shop! The formal dining room off the kitchen was reimagined as a well-appointed butler’s pantry with generous storage and additional counter space. This gorgeous kitchen is a must see!
Home R21 – Lakeville
We’re thrilled with this stunning kitchen remodel & main floor update! We gave the kitchen a warm, spacious feel by removing walls, vaulting the ceiling, and installing a large picture window. We added beautiful custom cabinetry built in our own in-house custom millwork shop, a one-of-a-kind island, lovely granite countertops, and hardwood flooring to match the existing floors. We also updated a bathroom, doors, flooring, and trim.
