Chris Baumann Purchases Roberts’ Residential Remodeling
25+ year company career takes the next step
We are proud to announce that after a well-planned change of ownership process, Chris Baumann has expanded his 25+ years with Roberts’ as he acquires ownership and the role of President of the company. Chris brings over 40 years and hundreds of projects-worth of construction experience to his new role in the company. We’re excited for the future under Chris’s leadership. At the same time, we’re grateful for John Paggen’s 40 years of leadership. John, and the entire Roberts’ team, built the company into one of the leading residential remodelers in the Twin Cities. Here’s to a happy retirement, John!

We caught up with John, who said, “I want to thank each of our clients for allowing us to bring their home remodeling goals to life over the last 40+ years. It has been an absolute honor. I am confident that Chris and the team will continue to build on the foundation we established together, and I will be cheering them on every step of the way. As I begin my retirement, I look forward to spending more time with my family and friends while pursuing a few personal passion projects. It has been a wonderful journey, and I look forward to this next chapter.”
