Home Description
Executive style home that needed a main floor update. We took down walls in order to design and build a family style kitchen/great room. Complete with custom cabinetry, granite counter top systems, beverage center and natural wood flooring. We added a WOW factor by widening the foyer and turning the existing living room into a quiet sitting room off the kitchen. We continued custom millworks into the existing hearth room, laundry room and finished with a 3/4 bathroom with stone tile and glass. The cabinetry/millworks were designed and built in our very own shop.

Home Description
A well-built home that simply needed to be brought forward to some of today’s styles and amenities. In this main-level remodel, we opened up the floor plan to create a large great room kitchen big enough to entertain the whole family. The existing living room became the new dining room in order to improve the flow of our new floor plan. We also added a new mud room along with custom fireplace and surrounds. All the beautiful millworks here were designed and built in our very own shop. We complemented the new update with fun flooring choices and state-of-the-art appliances.
