Spring 2014 Parade of Homes

We’re thrilled to be a part of the Builders Association of the Twin Cities’ Spring Remodelers Showcase.  You can see two of our latest projects in this spring’s Showcase.

Here are some highlights from our projects:
 

Project R3:  9501 Xylan Avenue South, Bloomington, MN

 

Much needed space in this classic 1980’s split level home. We started with removing the wall between the dining and kitchen area and added an addition to the front of the home. This allowed us to create a large open foyer for staging guests. This also allowed us to create a much needed laundry/mud room combination. A must see kitchen that accommodates multiple cooks with zones for prep, cooking and clean-up. The new kitchen features a peninsula, custom island and pantry with plenty of storage, all designed and built in our own custom millwork shop. – See more here.

 

Project R68:  13186 Xylan Avenue South, Apple Valley, MN

 

Executive-style home that needed a main-floor update. We took down walls in order to design and build a family style kitchen/great room. Complete with custom cabinetry, granite counter top systems, beverage center and natural wood flooring. We added a WOW factor by widening the foyer and turning the existing living room into a quiet sitting room off the kitchen. We continued custom millworks into the existing hearth room, laundry room and finished with a 3/4 bathroom with stone tile and glass.
