2024 Spring Parade of Homes Remodelers Showcase
Roberts’ Residential Remodeling is honored to participate in the 2024 Spring Parade of Homes Remodelers Showcase in the Twin Cities. Taking place April 5-7, this showcase event is a must-do for anyone considering a home remodel. Home R27 – Edina
This kitchen remodel is a must see for the overall design and finish selection. Tasteful and classic, this remodel will stand the test of time. The kitchen remodel included widening & building an arch at a narrow doorway opening between the kitchen & dining room. We installed custom rift-sawn, white oak cabinetry, designed & built in our very own millwork shop! A blend of quartz, hand-crafted ceramic tile, full height backsplash, quartz countertops & drywall finished hood treatment. It also includes wood panels on the refrigerator, custom made open shelving & re-finishing the hardware floor to match the flooring throughout the rest of the main floor. You won’t be able to tell where we blended the floor finish!
Home R23 – Bloomington
Next up is a bright and open kitchen remodel in Bloomington. This remodel included beams to open the kitchen to the family room on one side & the dining room to the front of the house. We extended the kitchen under an adjacent staircase. We refinished the wood treads, installed new risers & replaced the dated handrail. We installed custom built cabinets from our in-house custom millwork shop, used all available wall space, maximized available storage & built modest snack counter. We replaced flooring throughout these common areas with a mix of a wide plank hardwood & luxury vinyl tile. The kitchen includes quartz countertops & painted cabinetry, along with a custom tile splash. A must see!
